During this intimate outdoor sound bath, you'll settle into your own comfortable space on the lawn while being immersed in the calming tones of crystal singing bowls. There is nothing you need to do, achieve, or fix. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow yourself to rest.
We'll close the evening with herbal tea and time to connect with the Meadow & Moon community before heading home feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.
